2024 Thanksgiving Dinner

Event Description: 53 Families Foundation in collaboration with The Salvation Army and Baltimore Convention Center hosts the 15th Annual Thanksgiving Dinner and Family night out. Guests will enjoy free parking and shuttle service, entertainment for all ages and a Thanksgiving Family Meal served by your favorite guys in purple. This event is free for attendees due to the generosity of our partners, volunteers and sponsors.


Tickets

Volunteers are needed for our event set up on Tuesday November 12th from 9a until 2p. Volunteering will require a lot of walking as well as moderate lifting. Only adults are recommended for set up. Volunteers will be asked to park in the pay to park garages adjacent to the convention center. All volunteers will enter thru the service gate, present ID and be checked in. Only registered volunteers will be permitted. Volunteers will be provided a light lunch during the set up time.

Volunteers can park on LOT O at no charge and shuttle over to the convention center in buses. Buses will run from 3p until 9p. Volunteers are also welcome to park in the pay to park garages adjacent to the convention center. All volunteers will enter thru the service gate, present ID and be checked in. Only registered volunteers will be permitted. Volunteers for the event will receive a t shirt to wear for identification and will be provided their assignment and captain. Volunteers are needed for the length of the event and clean up. Volunteers will be welcome to enjoy the buffet that will be served to the families once all guests have eaten.
