12-Month Non-Cancelable Commitment: You are entering into a fixed-term, twelve (12) month contract. You explicitly agree that this membership cannot be canceled, terminated, or refunded prior to the expiration of the 12-month period. You remain legally obligated to fulfill all twelve (12) consecutive monthly payments.
Default and Acceleration of Balance: In the event that you attempt to cancel your payments, revoke payment authorization, or fail to clear a monthly invoice, your account will be considered in default. Upon default, the remaining balance of the entire 12-month contract will become immediately due and payable in full.
Chargeback and Dispute Penalty: Initiating a chargeback, payment dispute, or unauthorized reversal with your bank or credit card company constitutes a material breach of this agreement. In addition to remaining liable for the full balance of the 12-month contract, you agree to pay a $25.00 administrative fee to cover processing costs incurred by the community.

Membership Subscription Agreement And Auto-Renewal Terms

                By completing your purchase, you agree to the following terms and conditions for your membership:
                1. Subscription Term and Automatic Renewal Your 365 Catholic Singles Community membership is valid for a 365-day term. To ensure your access remains uninterrupted, your membership will automatically renew for an additional 365-day term upon the expiration of the current period. You will be charged the standard annual membership rate active at the time of renewal using the payment method on file.
                2. Membership Restrictions and Non-Transferability Once purchased, there can be no changes made to your selected membership tier or terms. Furthermore, your membership is strictly personal to you; it is completely non-transferable and cannot be assigned, shared, or transferred to another person for any reason.
                3. Cancellation Policy To prevent an automatic renewal, you must cancel your subscription at least 30 days prior to your annual renewal date. Cancellation must be performed by logging into your user account and following the cancellation procedures provided within your account dashboard.
                4. User Responsibility and Reminders We do not provide advance email notifications or reminders regarding upcoming annual renewals. You acknowledge that you are solely responsible for tracking your renewal date and managing your subscription status. We strongly recommend that you set a personal calendar or phone reminder at least 30 days prior to your annual renewal date as a personal safeguard should you choose to cancel your subscription.
                5. No Refund Policy All sales are final. Once a new membership or an annual recurring charge has been processed, we are unable to offer refunds for any reason. By subscribing, you explicitly accept personal responsibility for all recurring annual charges unless the subscription is cancelled in accordance with the 30-day notice policy outlined above.
                6. Disclaimer of Warranties and Limitation of Liability The community provides matchmaking facilitation, events, and networking opportunities for informational and social purposes only. We do not conduct criminal background checks, background screenings, or marital status verifications of our members. You assume all risks associated with interacting with other members, whether virtually or in person. The organization shall not be held liable for any damages, direct or indirect, resulting from your communication, meetings, or relationships formed through the community.
                7. Intellectual Property and Acceptable Use All materials, session structures, branding, and content provided within the community are the exclusive intellectual property of the organization. Members are strictly prohibited from recording, photographing, or screenshotting any virtual sessions or community spaces. Any unauthorized use, distribution, or reproduction of community materials, or any disruptive, harassing, or inappropriate behavior toward other members or staff, will result in immediate termination of membership without refund.
                8. Modification of Services and Schedule The organization reserves the right to modify, alter, or adjust the schedule of nightly sessions, event lineups, and featured speakers at any time based on operational availability, technical constraints, or speaker schedules. Such adjustments do not constitute a breach of contract and do not entitle the member to a refund or discount.
                9. Governing Law and Jurisdiction These terms and conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Florida. Any legal action, suit, or proceeding arising out of or relating to this membership shall be instituted exclusively in the state or federal courts located in St. Johns County, Florida.  
                10. Termination of Membership by Organization The organization reserves the absolute right, in its sole and absolute discretion, to terminate, suspend, or revoke any individual's membership at any time, with or without cause, and with or without prior notice. If a membership is terminated due to a violation of community standards, harassment, or disruptive behavior, no refund of any unused portion of the membership fee will be issued.
                11. Modification of Fees and Pricing The organization reserves the right to modify its annual membership fees at any time. Any price changes will apply to the user's subsequent renewal terms. Members will be notified of any rate increases via the email address on file at least forty-five (45) days prior to their automatic renewal date, giving the member ample time to cancel their subscription in accordance with the 30-day cancellation policy if they choose not to accept the new rate.
                12. Billing, Failed Payments, and Collections By purchasing a membership, you authorize the organization to securely store your payment method and automatically charge the recurring annual fee. If an automatic renewal charge is declined, failed, or disputed, the organization reserves the right to immediately suspend or terminate your community access. The user remains personally liable for all accrued amounts, including processing fees, chargeback fees, and reasonable collection costs incurred by the organization.
                13. Privacy, Communications Consent, and Prohibition of Data Harvesting By completing your registration, you explicitly consent to receive ongoing communications from our organization, including emails, text messages, phone calls and physical mailings, which you may opt out of at any time in accordance with applicable law. While members do not have direct access to a member database or directory, any attempt to harvest, scrape, collect, or record the personal information, names, email addresses, phone numbers, or social media handles of other members during live sessions or community events is strictly prohibited. Using any information obtained within the community to solicit, cross-market external business ventures, or send unauthorized communications to other members will result in immediate termination of membership without a refund.  
                14. Electronic Transactions and Consent to Electronic Notices By clicking "Complete Purchase," "I Agree," or checking the box to submit payment, you provide your explicit electronic signature and agree to be legally bound by these terms. You further consent to receive all operational updates, legal notices, and billing receipts electronically via the email address provided during registration.  
                15. Voluntary Purchase, Assumption of Risk, and Absolute Release of Liability By entering your credit card information and clicking "Complete Purchase," you explicitly acknowledge and agree that you are purchasing this membership completely voluntarily, of your own free will, and with a full understanding of all terms and conditions set forth herein. You agree that you are entirely responsible for your own choices, actions, and interactions within the community. Under no circumstances shall the organization, its founder, employees, or agents be held legally or financially liable for any outcomes, dissatisfaction, personal interactions, technical errors, or damages of any kind arising from your membership. By executing this purchase, you completely, permanently, and unconditionally release, waive, and discharge the organization from any and all liability, claims, or demands forever.
                16. Annual Subscription with Monthly Payment Plan Installments By selecting the monthly payment option, you explicitly acknowledge and agree that you are purchasing a full 12-month annual subscription and are legally bound to a minimum one-year financial commitment. This is an installment contract, not a month-to-month cancel-anytime plan.
                 You authorize the organization to automatically charge your payment method on file each month for twelve (12) consecutive months. Early cancellation or termination of this membership prior to the completion of the 12-month term is strictly prohibited. No early cancellations, pauses, modifications, or refunds will be permitted under any circumstances.
                If you wish to prevent your annual membership from automatically renewing for a subsequent 12-month term, you must still submit your cancellation request through your user account dashboard at least thirty (30) days prior to your annual renewal date, and you remain legally and personally obligated to successfully clear all remaining monthly installments of your current 12-month contract.

You agree to be responsible for any additional costs incurred in the collection of these debts, including but not limited to collection agency fees, legal fees, and court costs.
