I give my child permission to participate in the Faith Motivated Football camp June 29-30th, 2018. I understand that there is possibility for injury while participating in the camp, and agree to let the employees of the Faith Motivated Foundation act in their best judgment in case of sickness or injury. My signature below indicates that (1) I will not hold liable the Faith Motivated Foundation,Wallingford-Swarthmore School District, Strath Haven High School, Colorado-Institute of Sports Medicine Physical Therapy, or their agents, if injury or sickness does occur, (2) my son/daughter is mentally & physically capable of participating in this camp, (3) my son/daughter is covered by medical insurance, (4) his/her participation is voluntary, (5) I voluntarily permit his/her participation and (6) I permit the use of his/her image for photos for marketing purposes.

Camper Attire:
Athletes should bring Helmet (Rep Your School), Mouthpiece, Cleats, Gloves, Tennis Shoes, Extra Shorts/T-Shirt/Socks, Towel.

*Lunch and Performance Snacks & Drinks will be Provided!

What’s up fellas?! Camp is among us and this year I decided to switch things up a bit! So, you guys are going to have a total of 4 practices over the course of 2 days. Everything will feel the same, probably just a little harder!! My friends and I are literally going to pour every piece of knowledge we have about faith & football into you guys!! I want this camp to be known as the best in the 🌍.... and I want you guys to be the best in the world! 💯🏈 Now, on the 3rd day is a huge 7-on-7 Tournament! I will be selecting ⭐️12 All- Star ⭐️players from camp to compete in this tournament!! Our team name will be "Team Franchise," so if you're not on a team already, and you want to be in the tournament, you better come to camp with your A-Game because I'm looking for the best at every position! For my O-Line and D-Line, don't worry, I have coaches coming in to take your game to the next level! I can't wait fellas!! Spread the word! It's gon' be LIT‼️🤙🏾🏈💯🔥 MANY ARE CALLED. FEW ARE CHOSEN.

Parents Panel

We want our campers’ parents to feel as much a part of their son's success on the field, as well as off. Join me, my parents, and a few others in this year's Parents Panel. It will be on Sunday, June 30th, 2018, in the Strath Haven High School Gymnasium at 12:15pm. We want to share our experiences and engage in conversations to discuss how, as parents, we can best support our children and their dreams.

Touching on topics such as:
- How to deal with pressures from coaches and teachers.
- How to trust your son's intuitions
- GPA/ SAT Collegiate process.
- How to guide your son away from a life of drugs and alcohol.
- How to push your son to be the best he can be.
