FULL LEAGUE FEE MUST BE PAID by Feb 8th or your team will not be put in the schedule, unless other arrangements were made with the league director. (Space is limited and teams will be placed based on date of registration)

If teams want jerseys they need to be signed up before Feb 1st.

Captains paying in full will have the rest of the team sign player info and waiver the day of the league.

This league and its affiliates assume no responsibility or liability for personal injuries sustained by participation. My team and I hear-by assume full responsibility and give permission to STARs Unlimited to use my picture for promotional purposes.

In the rare case of another state shut down we release our team fee and consider it a donation to support stars unlimited’s efforts to bring community sports and outreach events to the public.
